The Delivery Director is responsible for a team of project managers delivering on multiple projects, across Gauteng and Cape Town. Also, you’ll manage our four EPC contractors, who each have two projects to deliver. In addition, you’ll help us prepare the design drawing for the upcoming projects (which amount to 160 megawatts).

Successful candidates will have experience of delivery on construction projects or electrical contracts, to spec’ and time and budget. However, we’re open to a broad range of industry experience (including: leading shop fit-outs of large corporate facilities; multinational hotel facility or construction delivery; or similar senior project delivery). You’ll understand the site environment, when building infrastructure, and you’ll have experience of delivery projects upwards from R50 million and, ideally, from R400million to a billion Rand upwards.

We’re looking for someone who gets their work and projects done to spec’, on time, to budget, and doesn’t take excuses from contractors. You’ll understand the nitty-gritty of the delivery process (and will get into those details, when required).
