Mark Shorrock, CEO, on what we are looking for in a Planning Project Manager
As the Planning Project Manager, you’re going to have 20 projects on the go at any one time. So, you need to be on top of all aspects of all projects at all times. You will need to ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget, and at the required quality.
Successful candidates will enjoy being on top of the details, keeping spreadsheets up to date, supplier oversight, and talking with people (and checking they’ve done their job that day, week, or month). You will generally be ahead of your CEO on the project details and always be in the know (because you’re on top of all your projects’ details).
