The Development Manager is responsible for identifying prospective clients who need better power solutions, beside land suitable for solar or wind turbine development, and with a nearby grid connection. And, once identified, then the Development Manager works to get agreement from all parties so a project can start being developed.

Successful candidates will be good at talking with a diverse range of people; capable of starting conversations with CEOs, landowners, and municipalities; and be motivated by getting development projects started from scratch.
